Four situations, four answers

Our plans differ by the SITUATION you are in, not by a number of alerts or clicks. Find yours below — it is the shortest path to the right choice.

Annual billing. 30-day trial on Independent and Enterprise. Amounts are net of tax.

Which situation are you in?

Only one question really matters: how many distinct entities are you monitoring regulations for?

Independent

€590

I am an independent QA/RA or outsourced PRRC

You monitor ONE scope — your own, or that of a main client. You work alone and you need to be able to prove your monitoring.

Enterprise

€1,990

I am a device manufacturer or distributor

You monitor YOUR company scope, but several people need access: quality, regulatory affairs, management. You also want to measure the impact of a text on your own devices.

Consultancy

€3,900

I am a consultancy or a multi-client consultant

You monitor SEVERAL distinct scopes, one per client, each with its own devices, standards and markets. You deliver reports under your own name.

Group

On quote

I am a multi-entity group

Several companies or sites, centralised billing, specific contractual requirements: SSO, tailored DPA, service commitment.

The Consultancy plan in detail

One monitoring scope per client, never mixed

This is the least obvious of the four plans, because it is not simply "more of everything". It answers a problem the other plans do not even raise: following several companies at once, each with its own obligations, without one client's watch polluting another's.

The problem it solves

On a standard plan, a consultant following six clients has a single scope. Either they set it to the union of everything their clients do — and receive a feed none of them recognises as theirs — or they reconfigure it by hand before every engagement. Either way the watch stops being evidence: there is no way to demonstrate to a client what was monitored FOR THEM, and over which period.

One scope per client

Each client has its own record: device segments, standards, markets, business keywords. 10 records are included. A client whose engagement ends can be archived — it frees its slot without losing its settings, and is restored if the engagement resumes.

The portfolio view, by default

On opening, you see everything moving at any one of your clients, and each alert carries the names of the clients it concerns. This is the view that tells you who to call this morning.

Zooming into one client

A selector at the top of the screen switches to a client: alerts, report and export then narrow to THEIR scope. What is on screen is what comes out of the PDF — you cannot accidentally deliver a competitor's alerts.

The report under your name, not ours

The PDF report carries no mention of MedQara: no logo, no footer, no print header. It carries your name, your logo, and the line "Issued by you · Prepared for this client". It is your engagement deliverable, not ours.

Commission on your referrals

A client you introduce to us who subscribes earns you a recurring commission, paid for as long as they stay subscribed. The Consultancy plan can therefore pay for itself.

Beyond ten clients

The portfolio extends in blocks of 5 scopes, each at 25% of the annual price, i.e. €975 per year. The percentage always applies to the base price: it does not compound, and the quote stays verifiable in your head.

The rate is deliberately degressive: €390 per client on the 10 included, €195 per client beyond. We would rather you create one record per client than a catch-all scope — that is what makes your alerts relevant, and therefore what makes you stay.

Extensions are requested from your workspace in one click. We price and activate them; your slots are usable immediately, the invoice follows.

What your portfolio costs
Client scopesAnnual pricePer client
10(included)€3,900€390
15€4,875€325
20€5,850€293
25€6,825€273

The plan is capped at 25 scopes (3 extensions). Beyond that it is no longer a consultancy but a group: centralised billing, SSO, service commitment — let's talk.

When the Consultancy plan is NOT the right choice

  • You follow a single client, however large: the Independent plan is enough and costs six times less.
  • Your clients each want their own access to the platform: the Consultancy plan does not open accounts for them, it equips YOU. Point them to an Independent or Enterprise subscription — and collect the commission.
  • You go beyond 25 scopes, or you need SSO and a contractual SLA: that is the Group plan.

How payment works

30-day trial

On Independent and Enterprise. The card is registered at sign-up, with no charge before day 30. You are warned before the deadline, and you can cancel in one click from your settings.

Annual or monthly

Annual is the reference price. Monthly exists on Independent (€59) and Enterprise (€199); over twelve months it costs more — that is the price of flexibility.

Consultancy and Group: quote then transfer

These two plans are not self-service. We issue a PDF quote, with your purchase order number if you use one, then an invoice payable by bank transfer. The account is activated on receipt.

VAT

All amounts are net of tax: the price shown is the price paid. Invoices carry the French "VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI" mention.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change plan during my subscription?

Yes, at any time. Moving up is prorated over the remaining period. Moving down takes effect at renewal.

Do my clients get access to the platform on the Consultancy plan?

No, and that is deliberate. A "client" on the Consultancy plan is a monitoring scope, not a user: they do not log in and receive nothing directly. You hand them your reports. If they want their own access, introduce them to us: they become your referral and you earn a recurring commission.

What client data do I hold?

Very little, by design. For each client you enter the company name, an optional engagement reference, and its regulatory scope — segments, standards, markets, keywords. No contacts, no documents, no technical files. Each consultancy is technically isolated from the others.

What happens to my portfolio if I change plan?

Nothing is deleted. Your client scopes simply become inaccessible while the plan does not cover them, and reappear intact if you return to the Consultancy plan.

Is the white-label report truly free of any mention?

Yes: no logo, no footer, no print header. The document title itself carries your name, including in the header the browser adds to every page of the PDF.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. The subscription is annual and renews by tacit agreement; you can cancel at any time, and it then runs to its term.
